We know you hate being surprised
at the end of the month with an unexpectedly high phone bill so we've created
the Online Customer Account Management System. In this system you get to
log in to your account whenever you feel like it and see how much money you've
spent so far and how much time you've spent on each phone call. Each phone call
is itemized so you know exactly where all your spending is going. |

Call Information
You can view every single call you make through our Online Account Management: The Date & Time of call, origination number,
destination number, minutes used, and amount charged, so you know that you are
never overcharged and pay only for the calls you make. At TEL3Advantage™ we like
to give our users complete transparency of all their call and usage
information. So you are always in control! |

Credit Card Charges
With the Online Account Management feature, you have the real-time ability to view complete history of all charges made on your credit card. You can see the total amount of charge, time and date of charge, and your credit card number. If you have different credit cards for your sub accounts, you still will be able to view individual credit card charges and details. |

Set Up
10 Phone Numbers for Instant Access
Register your home, cell phone or any other phone numbers
you make calls from as Instant Access. This way you can make PIN-Free calls. You can register up to 10 phone numbers as Instant
Access Numbers. Whenever you make a call from one of these
numbers our system recognizes the number with our ANI-recognition (Caller-ID)
technology, so you simply dial the number you wish to call and never have to
enter your PIN or account number. |

Set Up
Speed Dial Numbers
You can register 99 phone numbers into your account's speed dial list and then print the list out. This way
whenever you place a call to the people you call most you simply enter the 2-digit speed
dial number and you're connected. |

Create
Sub Accounts for Friends and Family
If you have multiple users in your household or workplace
you can create several sub accounts all under the same plan and under one account number. This way each
individual has the ability to monitor their own account with an individualized
PIN from one central account. You even have the option of using different credit cards for different sub accounts, if you wish to separate the charges of each individual account. |

Receive auto-credit information via Email or SMS
You can login to your back office and set up your Notification Settings in order to receive auto-credit notifications either by email or by SMS. Soon, we will start adding new services to add more value to your account such as auto trouble ticket notifications.
