PIN-Free Dialing and Instant Access Numbers
At TEL3Advantage™ we know how inconvenient it is to have to dial a PIN every time you make a call, for this reason we created Instant Access Numbers .  When you sign up with us, you can register up to 10 Instant Access Numbers via the web our through our customer service. These are numbers that you expect to make frequent calls from. Anytime you place a call from any of these numbers, you will only have to enter the Toll Free Access Number: 1-800-999-5090 or Local Access Number in your area, and then the number you wish to call. By registering these phone numbers, you alleviate the inconvenience of entering the account number and PIN each time you make a call. With this feature you can easily access the service from the convenience of your home, office and mobile phone.

Please note: ANI-recognition will not work when using caller ID block, therefore you'll have to enter your account number and PIN number.

TEL3 APPS- Call directly from your cell phone
With our new free mobile applications you can now place direct international calls from your cell phones without entering any Access Numbers or PINs. Enjoy all the functionalities of your Blackberry, iPhone or 400+ other cell phone models, including dialing from your address book while placing calls for pennies. To learn more click here.

Check your account balance via SMS
With our TEL3 SMS service, you can get your latest balance information and change your recharge mode via SMS. We will continue on adding more options to be compatible with TEL3's SMS service soon.

To receive your latest balance information simply write "bal" and text message to the TEL3 SMS number. We’ll send a reply text message to you with your balance information. To turn on or off your account’s auto recharge status simply write "auto off" or "auto on" and text message to the TEL3 SMS number. Make sure that you receive a Confirmation SMS Message from us; if there is no message then it means the request has not been received or not processed. 

 
99 phone number Speed Dial
TEL3Advantage™'s market studies have shown that the majority of all phone calls made by any household or business are to a relatively small number of destination numbers. You can register 99 phone numbers into your account's speed dial list and then print the list out. This way whenever you place a call to the people you call the most, you simply enter the 2-digit speed dial number and you're connected.
Sub accounts
If you have multiple users in your household or workplace you can create several sub-accounts all under the same plan. This way each individual has the ability to monitor their own account with an individualized PIN from one central account. You even have the option of using different credit cards for different sub accounts, if you wish to separate the charges of each individual account.

Real-time account manager
The TEL3Advantage™ Customer Account Management is available online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you can check your charges, balances, and account history on-line whenever you want.

Balance and Minutes Remaining
Every time you make a call with TEL3Advantage™, our system will promptly tell you your account balance, and the minutes you have available for the destination you wish to call.
Smart Card Recharge
We know how irritating it can be to be interrupted in the middle of a call, so we provide you the convenience of the auto-recharge option. Whenever your account reaches a balance of $3.00, your account can be automatically recharged. Best of all, you get to choose the automatic recharge option on sign up, however if you want to turn the option "OFF" you may do this instantaneously through Customer Account Login.
Use from any phone and No switching carriers
We allow you to receive these savings from any phone: Home, Office, even your Cell Phone, all for the same low rates, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Even more convenient, to use TEL3Advantage™ you don't even need to switch your existing provider.

TEL3 offers the most affordable and convenient way of making International calls from your home, office or even cell phone using the same prepaid account. No access fees, surcharges or any hidden fees. All International Rates are subject to change without notice. Visit our Rates section to learn more about the fees. All balances will expire in one (1) year of inactivity.

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee: During the first 30 days after you sign up, if you are not satisfied with the service for any reason, we will gladly refund the remaining balance.  The customer is free to cancel the service at anytime by calling Customer Service. After 30 days, remaining balance of the account can be refunded only in case of a technical problem.
