PIN-Free
Dialing and Instant Access Numbers
At TEL3Advantage™ we know how inconvenient it is to have to
dial a PIN every time you make a call, for this reason we created Instant Access Numbers . When you sign up with us, you can
register up to 10 Instant Access Numbers via the web our through our customer service. These are numbers that you expect to make frequent calls from. Anytime you place a call from any of these numbers, you will only have to enter the Toll Free Access Number: 1-800-999-5090 or Local Access Number in your area, and then the number you wish to call. By registering these phone numbers, you alleviate the inconvenience of entering the account number and PIN each time you make a call. With this feature you can easily access the service from the convenience of your home, office and mobile phone.
Please note: ANI-recognition will not work when using caller ID block, therefore you'll have to enter your account number and PIN number.

Check your account balance via SMS
With our TEL3 SMS service, you can get your latest balance information and change your recharge mode via SMS. We will continue on adding more options to be compatible with TEL3's SMS service soon.
To receive your latest balance information simply write "bal" and text message to the TEL3 SMS number. We’ll send a reply text message to you with your balance information. To turn on or off your account’s auto recharge status simply write "auto off" or "auto on" and text message to the TEL3 SMS number. Make sure that you receive a Confirmation SMS Message from us; if there is no message then it means the request has not been received or not processed.

99 phone
number Speed Dial
TEL3Advantage™'s market studies have shown that the majority of all phone calls
made by any household or business are to a relatively small number of
destination numbers. You can register 99 phone numbers into your account's speed dial list and then print the list out. This way
whenever you place a call to the people you call the most, you simply enter the 2-digit speed
dial number and you're connected. |

If you have multiple users in your household or workplace you can create
several sub-accounts all under the same plan. This way each individual has the
ability to monitor their own account with an individualized PIN from one
