Any and all Free Minutes Talk Time is only valid in the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and Canada. All International Rates are subject to change without notice. Any and all Free Talk Time offer(s) are only valid with a calling plan purchase. Government mandated taxes and fees may apply. FCC mandated payphone surcharges of sixty-nine ($0.69) cents per call may apply. Calls originating from a payphone are subject to FCC mandated payphone fees. Additional charges may apply for calls made from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and other international destinations. All balances will expire in one (1) year of inactivity. Cancellation of Service: The customer is free to cancel the service at anytime. Remaining balance of the account can be refunded only in case of a technical problem. Customers must call TEL3Advantage customer service to close their accounts.
